Congratulations to Samiya Moore who won 1st place in the 7th - 9th Grade Coahoma County Soil and Water poster category and Elizabeth Butler who also won 1st Place in the 10th - 12th Grade category.
Under the direction of Lee Academy Art teacher, Mr. Joey Young, students submitted posters themed "One Water" and received recognition along with a monetary gift. Both posters will be submitted to the Delta Area level competition and if placed, will then be submitted to the State and possibly the National level.
